The Vestry Cafe
Tucked away inside Hartlepool’s Art Gallery, you will find a charming café where you can relax, admire the art and enjoy a coffee and a slice of cake within the idyllic surroundings of the Gallery. The Vestry serves a range of light meals such as homemade soups, jacket potatoes and a variety of sandwiches. Or if you’ve got a sweet tooth try their decadent freshly baked scones, cakes and cookies.
The café specialises in afternoon teas and light lunches and also offers a delicious range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
Run by the students of Catcote Academy, The Vestry is proudly an official Fair Trade café, meaning our supply of teas, coffees and food were fairly sourced and paid for.
We are open from 10am to 4pm and accept card payment.
